New to ValoHosting? Here's exactly what happens from picking a plan to your website's new home being ready — so there are no surprises at any step.
Step 1: Pick a plan
Compare the three plans in the pricing section. As a rough guide:
- Basic — a personal site or a simple business website
- Standard — a growing business, an online store, or steady daily visitors
- Premium — busy sites that want a powerful machine all to themselves

Step 2: Create your account
Clicking "Get started" takes you to your account area, where you sign up with your email address and a password. This account is your home base from then on: your services, your bills, and a direct line to support all live there.
Step 3: Pay, and you're nearly done
Confirm your details and choose a payment method at checkout. Most orders are ready within minutes of payment.
Occasionally a new account gets a quick manual check as a routine safety step. It usually clears the same day — we'll email you if it applies to you, and there's nothing you need to do while you wait.
Step 4: Check your inbox
You'll get a welcome email with the details of your website's new home, including your server address. Keep it somewhere safe — you'll want it for connecting your website address.
Step 5: Have a look around your account
Log in any time at billing.valohosting.com to see your services at a glance, download invoices, manage how you pay, and message support.
