Prohibited activities

You may not use ValoHosting services to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or host services that facilitate it
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Host phishing pages or fraudulent content
• Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Store or distribute illegal content under applicable law
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval, where resource-intensive use affects shared infrastructure

Reporting abuse

If you believe a ValoHosting-hosted service is being used to violate this policy, contact abuse@valohosting.com with details, including relevant logs, headers, or URLs.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, service suspension, or termination without refund, depending on severity. We aim to investigate abuse reports promptly and communicate with the account holder where appropriate.
